Maintenance Fixed....Nothing
Pvp is in the worst state ever and I keep getting "connecting to Bungie servers", even in The Tower.

Working as intended. They under delivered fixes to avoid creating unrealistic expectations of over delivery of fixes, updates. This is the state of Bungie today. Not riding the wave to shore, not even swimming towards the direction of the next wave. Nope just treading water hoping things magically get better without their involvement.

Maintenance keeps working parts working, it does not magically transform into bug fixes.

Gonna be like this until June, and likely after. Whatever they rename the Shadow and Order update to will be telling. Ominous, even.

1 ReplyI wouldn't be surprised if they used maintenance to pull servers from D2 to Marathon for the server slam. Connectivity in D2 sure feels awful since the downtime. Latency in pvp is through the roof.
