How do I get a hold of Bungie support for account name
I need help getting ahold of bungie support. To be able to get more account tokens so I can get my name back. Since this community reports things that are not offensive vs things this are actually offensive. Now my name is stuck as redacted….

1 ReplyHello there[url=https://tuxydoh.com/images/hi.gif],[/url] A name reset to default like that means it was detected or reported, reviewed by Bungie and reset to"[b]Redacted####[/b]", that indicates that some part of the name broke the [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Legal/CodeOfConduct]Code of Conduct[/url] or the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/7648312251284-Bungie-Name-Guide]Bungie Name Policy[/url], was filtered, and [b]cannot/should not be used again.[/b] When that happens, you get the new name cross play message in-game as notice of the name change. If you have no available tokens, then at this time there is nothing that can be done to allow a custom name change or correction, as tokens are not granted upon requests. Edited by viiTactiiCZz: 2/11/2026 1:06:38 AMPer Bungie, you can use the Ban/Restriction Appeal form located [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024492-Contact-Form-Appeal-Ban-or-Restriction]here[/url]->'Submit Request' to appeal it. Under 'What type of content restriction are you appealing?' you would select 'Bungie Name was changed' You will not be given any tokens to change your name and this is a review of your name change. That form is not a way to request tokens, only to appeal a previous name change.

Bungie only gives them out to the community when they decide too do so. Not at players request.
