PSA: Zavala's got Peculiar Charm
if what DIM shows is correct - still showing a bit of jankiness in DIM from reset/update
its in Vanguard Arms
IMO
PVE 4th one with KT
PVP leaning 5th or 3rd (depends what you've not got)
