Hi there. You've set up Cross Save with the characters from your Playstation account being active and those are the only ones accessible on each linked account. There is no record of your PS account ever having a Titan with 400+ hours in D2 and no characters have been deleted. Be aware that characters can only be deleted in-game manually by players themselves, which requires following several on-screen prompts. Characters cannot be deleted accidentally and Bungie does not delete characters for any reason. If you had played with a Titan that long before, it would have to have been on one of your currently dormant accounts (Xbox or Steam) before you started using Cross Save or was on a different account that's not any of the ones linked to this profile.
