Trials Ghost Shell (Hieratic Shell) still bugged after patch?
I'm pretty sure the Trials Ghost Shell is still bugged for some players. I went another 43 wins past flawless on a flawless card this past weekend and still didn't get it to drop.
I went over 100 games past flawless on a flawless card the first weekend, guilded the title, got the ship, and got the sparrow - all in about the first 50 or 60 wins.
I've talked with a few buddies that have the ghost shell and they all have said that they got it from the flawless chest in the Lighthouse (no one got it from an additional win on a flawless card) and all of them got it before getting the ship and the sparrow.
So, it appears to be dropping from the lighthouse chest but not on flawless card wins.

Yeah, It's definitely only dropping from the lighthouse chest and not from end of match rewards on a flawless passage. I got the shell today on my first trip to the lighthouse with only a 6 streak. If anyone is still looking for this don't bother playing Trials after going to the lighthouse. Just run one flawless passage a week.
