For troubleshooting and info regarding Marathon pre-orders, we recommend checking our [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/45232129483156-Destiny-2-Marathon-Pre-order-Pack-Guide]Marathon Pre-order Pack Guide[/url]. When logging in to Destiny 2 on the same platform/account that pre-ordered Marathon, the pre-order bonuses for Destiny 2 will be available at the Special Deliveries terminal in the Tower. Please note that players who pre-ordered right when the Marathon pre-orders became available may not be able to see their bonuses in Special Deliveries yet. If this is the case for you, please wait until the next Destiny 2 update later today, as the missing pre-order items should show up once that update goes live. If the items still don't appear at that point, please let us know!
