Hey, so xur is not fun, he rarely if ever brings anything good. You can say he brings adepts but usually they are bad. So here is a few quick suggestions. This is not a total fix or rework but something I would love to see. Random engram should drop competitive, nightfall and trial weapons. If you have already got all the patterns for a crafted weapon then they shouldn't drop anymore. The last thing is weapons and exotics that pop up should be random. So if there is spare rations or a skull of ahamkara that pops up the rolls should be random to help sorta focus for the roll you want. I am tired of the weapons or exotics being bad rolls or getting the same weapon over and over again. If anyone thinks this is unbalanced, then I would say they aren't even tiered and they aren't achievable any other way. Please Bungie! Help me!

Xur has felt pretty useless for a while. He definitely needs an overhaul! I feel that if you have unlocked patterns on weapons, they should not drop from him. Also, he should sell RNG rolls of weapons and not only a static roll of them. On the featured weapon of the week, you should be able to buy his static roll for X amount of coins, and an RNG drop of it for Y amount. Give some incentive to try to get the rolls that we were never able to get when they were available. Same thing with the exotic armor, just make it an RNG drop option to farm what he has available. I refuse to by the engram weapons, because the loot pool is so inflated, and the postmaster is so small. 95% of what he has is "junk" and not worth the runaround to deal with purchasing and deleting. As it stands currently, I just buy materials and spend enough coins to maintain the strangest buff, then check him next week to see if there is anything worthwhile. Very rarely will he have a weapon that I actually buy.
