Been playing D1 recently & the strike playlist has 4 variants.
Had an absolute blast in the Siva Crisis strikes over the weekend & the number of new players is so exciting.
Taniks has no house, Omnigul shrieks, the Shield Brothers rip, the Nexus Mind still whoops & the invincible Ogre still chases me down in the Plaguelands..

Oh wow the nexus mind. I remember cheesing the nightfall by staying up top instead of dropping down to fight him. Have one guy watch the back for the minotaur that spawns periodically. I would love to go back but don't have a console anymore.

The 30fps is ruff to start with, but I get attuned to it pretty quick. Best thing is, every story, strike & raid is all still there. No DCV 🤗

I reinstalled recently, and hopped into crucible. Only took a couple minutes to find a match. Every map that is in both D1 and D2 looks way better in D1. Shores of time (D1) is at night and is raining, and looks way better than Destiny 2’s distant shore. You get used to 30 frames after a little bit.

I honestly think D1 looks better. It's rounder & has a little grit. It jus feels.. fuller. And the rain on Venus.. hanging out & watching a fireteam open the Vault of Glass.. Bliss
