Perk re rolling on weapons and armor would be a monstrous improvement
Rerolling perks and MWs on weapons would be crazy awesome . Same with armor type ( grenadier vs paragon etc.) . Re roll exotic class items for like 3 golf balls per individual perk rerolls. And rework armor set bonus perks that are stale/underwhelming .

7 RepliesWe had that in d1. All that happened was a good portion of people just rolled to get whatever was deemed the 'god roll'. That led to perks getting nerfed all the time cause people complained about the overuse of certain perks, and others complained it 'killed the thrill of the chase'. It was basically crafting before crafting. Ended the same way crafting did.
