this is one of those cracked things that slips through... thats ok for PVE (for things to overpower combatants) but in PVP thats ...frustrating..

I'm not aware is it tied to something new for the season in PVP (to sell it)? Hasn't impacted me too much overall.. but its ability over weapons and that always sucks... -
I’d agree if they hadn’t nerfed Khepris horn into the ground a while back, all the casuals think it was a pve exotic but only the dedicated few knew it’s true calling
