Can anyone help me unlink my Epic account?
I want to cross save my Xbox guardians to PlayStation and the only thing holding me back is this Epic account that I do not remember linking. I’ve communicated with Epics support multiple times but they were of no help. I just read that Bungie stated last year that we will not be able to unlink accounts but this is the only thing preventing me to cross save and I have at least eight years of progress I don’t want to lose.

As you know, as of March 25 2025, platform account linking was disabled - the only exception to the policy is Twitch. You will need to keep going to Epic support until they get you back into the account. Bungie will not step in and unlink it, and they also will not activate cross-save. If its definitive that you cannot get back into the Epic account then you cannot setup cross-save.
