Account Power Level stuck at 383 - Minimum 1900 Power Floor bug
Hi Bungie Help Team, I am reporting a severe synchronization issue with my account. My main character is stuck at Power Level 383, and any new character I create starts at Power Level 10 or 300. The global 1900 Power Floor introduced with "The Final Shape" has not been applied to my profile. Details of the issue:
Steam files verified: All 2770 files are validated.
Vendors bugged: Zavala and Banshee-44 sell items at level 300-383 instead of 1900+.
Progression block: I am stuck at Guardian Rank 5 because I cannot access modern activities or mods due to this power level gap.
Efforts made: I completed the initial missions, but drops remain at level 300.

12 Replies10 is the power floor since Edge of Fate launched as Bungie did a power squash. You get given 300 gear fairly quick as Bungie want players to be at that point quickly. 1900 power hasn't been a thing for almost half a year, the current hard cap isn't even remotely close to that either (550). [quote]My main character is stuck at Power Level 383[/quote] Can you show you completing a Portal activity, at a difficulty level that will give you something higher (ie Grandmaster) and you not getting anything higher. Second to the above, can you link to a clip showing that 383 is your highest power, rather than it just simply being your equipped gear?
