Can't Delete Character
So I can't delete my 200 Power level Warlock and thus can not create a new Titan.
As you can see in the video, I go to delete the character, input all the commands as I'm supposed to, the bar fills all the way and closes like it's supposed to but the character does not get deleted.

If you're on Steam, you can clear the cache by going to Steam>Settings>Downloads>Clear Download Cache. Please keep us posted!
