I purchased the Dungeon Key Bundle (4,500 Silver) from the Eververse store in Destiny. The purchase was completed successfully, and after opening the bundle in my inventory, it shows as owned. However, the individual dungeon keys are still displayed as costing 2,000 Silver each, and I am unable to enter the dungeon. The card payment was processed correctly, and the in-game currency was also deducted properly. I have tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the game, and restarting/relogging multiple times, but the game still tells me to purchase the dungeon key. This happens even though I successfully bought the Dungeon Key Bundle and opened the box in my inventory. I contacted Bungie support, but they only gave a generic response telling me to check the DLC on Steam.
