I'm a returning player catching up on some old quests. I followed the "Into the Abyss" questline up through the 8th step, which requires me to (1) equip my Void subclass; (2) equip the exotic I received in the prior step; and (3) complete a Solo Op on Advanced or higher difficulty with a B rating. I have equipped (1) and (2), and can see that the quest updates to show those objectives as checked off. I set up a Solo Op with enough modifiers to give me a predicted B rating, and I have completed the Op with a B rating. I've done this several times, with different Ops, but the quest never registers as complete. I tried changing my void subclass to something else and then changing it back, and changing my exotic gear and setting it back, and then re-running the Solo Op, but the result was the same. I also tried abandoning the quest and accepting it again, and the result was again the same. In my multiple runs I have gotten as high as an A rating, but the quest still doesn't complete.
