Can't Get Upper Hand Catalyst From Fire & Ice
I cant get the "Upper Hand" catalyst to drop from Fire & Ice. I've done every step (killed the Taken knights, destroyed the orbs in the "real" world before fighting the boss, through all of the Taken blight balls at the giant orbs in the boss room [both light and dark, making sure to finish the light ones, first, so that I make sure they're done]), but it won't drop. Based on a Reddit search, it looks like I'm not the only one with this problem.
Please fix this!

2 RepliesHello there, Thank you for reaching out. We understand you're experiencing difficulty getting the Upper Hand catalyst to drop. We can imagine the concern this may have caused. There was a known issue impacting the catalysts for the Praxic Blade, but it was addressed in this week's patch. If you continue to experience this, then please consider recording a short video of yourself performing the steps for acquiring this catalyst, only for it to then not drop. If you record such a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and share a link to it here. We'll then investigate.
