No they did a decent job, but over delivered is just not true at all. Over delivered is forsaken campaign when we got two destination areas, a raid, a dungeon and a bunch of new exotic armor and weapons all in one go. This is more like witch queen, it's decent but not amazing or anything and there's still tons of issues and broken stuff everywhere. Sure the new heat weapons are nice but the content is meh after a while and their attempts at a new GM format are hot garbage. If I had to give it a rating it's a 6/10 could've been better could've been worse but they tried (kind of).
