Cant get exotic new armor for second character / or second praxic quest
I just finished the main renegades quest for my second character, all in legendary but I didn’t get the exotic armor, or the praxic quest (I have one for my first character).

The Quest is a one time thing andthe Barkeeper should have the exotic, that's how it was on my second run
