Twitch Rewards not Populating?

Make sure they're claimed on Twitch and then head to https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners and press Refresh. The items should appear on the list now, if they do then restart D2. If they doesn't appear on the list then contact Twitch to see if there are any issues, if there aren't then try refreshing again after a short while. Ship, Shader etc will be in the Special Deliveries Kiosk. Emblems will be in Collections -> Flair -> Emblems -> General.
