Did the mission for praxic blade but didnt actually get it in my inventory
Finished the campaign on my titan. But never got the praxic blade in the story mission. But I still got the exotic mission like I had it.

You are showing as having it unlocked. Can you check your postmaster and if it isn't there, try and pull it from collections -> exotics -> kinetic (should be near the end)
