I died right before we burned down the final boss--all 7 things done. I was knocked off the map and fell through floor--and was re-spawned back at THE BEGINNING of the mission. I could not get back and it timed out. I didn't choose to spawn--I was instantly put at the beginning, And I got nothing. Not a single catalyst. This is idiotic and totally unacceptable.
