Cross Save not working
I just got a PC and i used to play on PS5 which has all my characters and progress and bought expansions on it. I was excited to play Destiny on pc until I finished the cross save setup and i boot it up and i get hit with the tutorial. None of my old characters show up. What can i do?

Your accounts are showing as linked to your Bungie profile, but cross-save isn't showing as enabled. Can you go to https://www.bungie.net/7/en/CrossSave and see if it tells you to recap or 'get started'. If it says 'get started' then you haven't enabled cross-save and should press that to work through enabling it. Please pay careful attention to each page and what its telling you, especially the page that tells you to pick the account that you want to be your active profile. At this step you will want to make sure you are selecting Playstation to be your cross-save active profile so that its characters are shared across all linked accounts.
