Returners bonus
I never reached rank 30 in ash and iron, and the season of reclaim, how come I don't have my returners bonus?

Reviewing your account, it appears you have surpassed rank 30 during Reclamation (the pass that launched with the Edge of Fate), which was the first bit of Season 27.
