Twitch drops missing

None of the twitch drops from watching the streams are in my collections after claiming them. I checked with twitch and they said there's something wrong on your end. Please fix this

Go to bungie.net sign in go to redeem codes then to partner rewards refresh that reload game check special deliveries in tower
