Hello i can't collect the ascendant shards that are in the special deliveries kiosk in the tower I have provided a short video showing the issue im having

There seems to be a bug with both of the 'additional reward' items, neither of them can be claimed regardless of your inventory status. Someone earlier on reported the Ciphers; but up to now Bungie haven't confirmed it as a bug or passed it on as far as I know.
