All quests disappeared
“The territory war begins” quest somehow disappeared from my quest tab. Actually, everything has disappeared from my quest tab. Even things that I could not get rid of previously like dreaming city tokens, “a guardian rises,” the Monte Carlo quest from Ikora, etc. have all disappeared for my quest tab.
How do I get the territory? War begins quest back? I checked the kiosk at the tower, but it is not there.

I was on step 8 of 45 of the core Renegades quest and the quest disappeared. No Drifter to talk to (step 9), nothing. I can't abandon a quest because there is nothing there. There are no quests to pick up either. I can't progress at on all this character!

We've received reports of this issue and are investigating the underlying issue further. In the meantime, a workaround that has helped some players is to change your faction (if the option is available(there's a maximum you can change daily)), abandoning The Territory War Begins quest, and then reacquiring it from the Tharsis Outpost.
