Cannot ready and use “Revitalize” healing ability in “welcome to the frontier” mission.
When I load into the mission, I take damage from the tripmines and then cannot move. I’ve waited patiently as I click through the popups that explain how to use the renegade abilities.
I am playing on PlayStation 5 so for me the button to press to ready the renegade abilities is R3.
Pressing R3 will NOT ready my renegade abilities and I am therefore stuck in the same spot eternally.
Yes I have tried starting the mission over.
Yes I have reset my renegade abilities at the shank and THEN went to orbit to start the mission over and reassign the abilities.
Yes I have waited for all dialogue options to end before proceeding.
Yes I have shut down the game completely and then tried all the above steps.
No I will not upload a YouTube clip. There’s nothing to see if I did as you can’t tell that I am pressing R3 and my character basically is just standing there.
Please help! I was excited to play despite everything and just want to be able to proceed.

Hello there, Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble using your Renegade abilities, causing you to be unable to progress. Would it be possible to try resetting your controls to the default to see if it helps? If not, can you try going to Button Layout, selecting Custom, and changing Tactical Ability (at the very bottom) to R1 instead temporarily?
