Quest "Welcome to the Frontier " SOFTLOCK

Once you get to the frontier and the game has you heal yourself with a renegade ability. I accidently threw mine slightly too far and my guadian was one step too far from getting the heal. My character wouldn't move. Since I did not get the heal, the game just got stuck on that objective. I went to orbit to redo this, but now the ship's door won't open in the hanger. I have tried talking to the ghost and deselecting and reselecting my renegade abilities, and still nnothing. The Door won't open and I can't progress.

    Same here. Steps to advance if you get locked in place start of step 11: - return to orbit - back into campaign mission step 11 - go to spider shank and UNEQUIP the renegades skill - MUST return again to orbit - back to the shank and re select the 2 skills, then AFTER Spider done talking the ramp will drop. This is why if you skip the above deselect/return to orbit steps the ramp stays up - spider doesn't talk until you come in fresh ( HUGE FUBAR BUNGIE) Once on the planet you are locked in place. - Listen and watch for the prompts. On PC, "Z" key to open the renegades skills, then q to deploy the healing turret. - this is where I made my mistake, I tossed the turret a little out from what looks like a rally banner circle keeping me locked in place because apparently that turret MUST heal us to get unlocked!! ( Horrible coding Bungie) /// so toss the heal turret in to the rally looking circle and you will be able to advance. But that did NOT end my frustration with this step. I fought my way through to the next challenge spot where we must collect 5 containers and deposit them for Spider - it goes through the audio and visuals of picking them up, but the collected count remains at 0 of 5, not allowing me toi advance and sounds like LOTS of folks with similar, and reading bug reports, sounds like the end part of this is bugged somehow also - so i advise for our collective sanity to forgo the campaign for a couple days until bungie gets it's house in order ### EDIT regardling the softlock of illicit cargo problem #### : I found out from a reddit poster - Do NOT sprint after you pick up the illicit cargo, hitting the sprint button auto drops the cargo( would be nice to get any kind of notification). After you pick up an illicit cargo, You will see a debuff "Heavy Load" on the left center of the screen, walk at normal speed to the little round plate and you can drop the cargo using the interact button. Repeat 5x to complete. After 2 of them a bunch of storm trooper looking cabal jump in - I read somewhere else that someone had another softlock killing them before finishing with the 5 containers. i did not test that and just walked all 5 normally before dispatching them, Bungie - WAY past time to set up a volunteer based test team working under one of your devs to help find these obvious bugs. In World of warships, I was part of that team for years and we found HUNDREDS pre update releases. and all it cost the company was a some in game items we were allowed to choose from as reward for our work, and some time from a dev contact who coordinated the senior of us volunteers.
