Power Delta possibly bugged
Has anyone else noticed how difficult the portal activities are since renegades launched? Ultimate feels like -40. Even grandmaster is pretty difficult.
Was there a stealth buff to portal activities to make enemies hit harder?

One other factor: The benefits from using new weapons/armor was reduced because too many people whined about being "forced" to use new gear.
