STEP 3 SPEAK WITH DRIFTER
Unable to progress the quest. I have spoken to drifter and watched the cutscene multiple times and afterwards get stuck at the bar unable to do anything. Have closed and relaunched the game multiple times. Done everything but uninstall and reinstall the game on my PS5

That said, please try closing Destiny 2 completely, then rewatching the cutscene in its entirety once you load back in. This time, though, when watching the cutscene, please ensure you don't open the Director or the Quest menu. We've seen some reports that this may help resolve the issue.
