Can’t store things in the vault!!

I’m Still unable to store items in my vault from console. I thought this was fixed! Is there a troubleshooting I can do ?

  • I keep seeing people mention that they didn't know about the toggle between equip and store, but it's been like that since they implemented the "access vault anywhere." As a genuine question, how were you guys storing stuff in the vault before this "bug?"

    • Another reason I stopped playing again yesterday. Couldn't swap load out in orbit, tower or anywhere. Horrible.

    • If it's like it was for me, instead of hitting up on the dpad to go to your vault, there is a new toggle vault at the bottom of your character screen. I play on controller on pc, but its pushing in the left thumbstick and then you can store items in the vault.

      • For those looking to vault their gear, please click in L3 or left thumb stick on Xbox to go on vault mode when on the weapon and gear screen after hitting the start button. This is what I found out when I was searching the internet.

      • On PS5, enter the vault, press options button to bring up character screen, click L3 stick, and anything you press X button on will enter the vault.

        • Not sure what some of these answers are or if they have tried. Pressing X on ps5 doesn't let me store items only select items from vault. If your on D2 app just use that or DIM its a pain but what can you do

            This is another dumbest thing Bungie did. It was not needed. No one asked for this toggle bullshit.

          • Bungie already replied to this, don’t expect a fix within this expansion. It will prbly be fix around Renagades

          • On console (Xbox), depress the left joystick to toggle between equip and store. This works in orbit and in the tower. Note: equip is default and to my knowledge store cannot be set as default.
