Game dying, fomo, worst decision
i think we hit a pick of fomo on destiny 2 where if you havent been around you cant enjoy for a week a glitch that others can you can do certain thing as easily as other cause you werent there, then come the season pass from old season nice move for people that have bought them back in the day but old cosmetic content for 6 euro X 19 for a new player i dont see where you want to go but i dont think its you trying to make destiny better but more trying to juice player cause you know they are gone leave and the game is gone die anyways. Note i m talking about that cause i never seen of felt like that till i made people come play the game first thing come out of there mouth 'That one of the worst game i ever played' you arent trying to keep old player you arent trying to get no player so i hope you will hit the wall you want to go for i m in the situation where i paid for renegade so gone play it but you can make it as good as you want once done with the campaign and raid i m uninstalling the game and locking my steam account to be sure i cant ever play the game again. Thanks for the multiple years thince June 12 2014 i quit.

11 RepliesI stopped playing as soon as Borderlands came out. Gear Box has incredible developers..Bungie does not. It has been refreshing to play a game where the developers know what they are doing.

When a weapon glitch like swords or sturm is more fun than the entire EoF expansion, you know it's in a serious mess. And I'm a D2 player that's been playing since it launched all those years ago. All I've done since EoF launched is the story and level up, the rest of the game has been pretty much ignored as the massive majority of it serves no purpose whatsoever to get me levelled up. Bungie should scrap the levelling system entirely now that they have a gear tier system. Just do things the way The Division 2 does them, level up the character, and then we can have fun farming for gear, making builds, fully optimising them, and then we can quickly take them into content to have fun with. All Destiny 2 is now, is levelling, levelling and more levelling, what's the point?, whether you are at rank 10 or 550, you're just as weak no matter what the level is and all you've really achieved is a larger number, it's meaningless in this game. There is no fun whatsoever anymore.

4 RepliesI'm the same but I'll not get to renegades. I've found that playing iron banner this week reminded me that I still enjoy PvP, just not this PvP with it's mountains of issues. So I think after leaving cod for destiny in 2014, I'm ready to go back & with black ops 7 releasing soon enough & the beta in a few weeks I'm planning on going to that. I'm gonna play destiny until then - just incase it's really bad, so I don't fall too far behind but right now I'm planning on leaving.

There are exceptions, like Catarina Macedo and Joe Blackburn, but they were outliers. Today, I think the whole strategy of "Edge of Fate" is on purpose because Bungie wants to get rid of Destiny 2. There could have been several reasons, like maintenance, technology, or demand. The engine of Destiny 2, the Tiger Engine, goes back to the 90s. That isn't on top of its time. Technically, it can have higher maintenance requirements and also interferences. The whole "evolution" that has come with Destiny 2 since its release is so messed up. Since the start of the game, it has had recycling. Personally, I feel cheated by Bungie. Cheated, because of my tolerance they worked with. The game is done: there's no "legacy" left. Everything is now channeled through the Portal. Eververse is bigger than ever, while the playable content is just the opposite of it. First, I was glad to have the opportunity, finally, to finish 3 season passes I paid for in the past. But there's just not enough Chronologs to finish them. Xûr was stripped again of Deepsight Harmonizers—he just had them for a limited time. Banshee-44 also has two bounties less. And his new voice sounds like a sleeping pill, figures. So frustrating.
