It's an "exotic" with no effect if all the "guard" stats aren't maximized. This allowed Sword users on Titan to use Sword Master's for increased "Charge Rate" for Heavy Attack. I know Sword users are on the bottom of the Totem Pole, but honestly, taking away this niche to prep for Lightsabers is aggravating. BUNGIE if Titans don't feel like a Mandalorian with a Dark Saber when Lightsabers come out, then you're doing Titans a disservice. Lastly, BUNGIE WHY WE GETTING A LIGHTSABER BEFORE A LAMENT CATALYST!!!????
