Hi, I’m having trouble accessing Trials of Osiris. I purchased multiple Destiny 2 DLCs—some with Steam keys and some directly through Steam. When I launch Trials, I get a message saying free-to-play players must verify a phone number. I’m not F2P, but I went to the Bungie site and tried to verify anyway. Every time I enter my phone number (which I have never used for Bungie before) I get the error: “Phone number banned (3706).” I also tried a couple of other valid numbers and got the same result. bought the DLCs just now so I can play the video game—which I can’t do, I guess.
