So I was in a strike with some friends a few weeks ago and got a2 week matchmaking ban for inconsistent Internet and then I just got a2 months ban while in a private match.? I have very good internet 900dl / 110upload. And have had the same Internet for 4 years. I don't lag and basically only do private matches or PvE. I haven't played 6500 hrs on this game to just suddenly get a huge matchmaking ban. What's up with that? Is it just ah and iron bugs reading their ugly heads?

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. If you believe you were unfairly restricted, you can submit an appeal request via this form. However, please note there is no guarantee you will receive a response, especially if your restriction will be upheld. Additionally, the forums cannot assist with appeals. Once you've submitted a request, you'll have done all you can, and will need to wait for a response. If several weeks pass with no reply, you can safely assume the restriction will remain in place. Regarding potential network issues, these can be caused by problems affecting your specific network hardware, packet loss, or greater issues affecting your ISP which are being passed on to you. All of this is possible even if your connection seems fine at a glance. To that point, we recommend consulting our Network Troubleshooting Guide to explore potential solutions. If issues persist, the next step would be checking our Optimizing Connections page. Beyond that, you can also reach out to your ISP for more hands-on assistance in troubleshooting your network setup.
