Submersion drop rate broken
So which unholy god do I have to sacrifice my firstborn to for this thing to drop? I've run these boring Reclain missions dozens of times and have to see a single heavy crossbow drop. I had basically given up on this game but wanted to try out the new crossbow and don't have time to raid so this is my only option. Seriously, is this thing locked behind guardian rank or something? I feel like this is a bug....

Bungie said the few first weeks the drop rate would be low but increasing each week. My only suggestion is trying your alt characters. My titan got one first run through on Reclaim. It's not the perks I want but it's a drop.

2 RepliesPer the Livestream this past Tuesday the Crossbow will be a rare drop across [i]all[/i] Events through the end of [b]Ash & Iron[/b]. An option to Focus for drops of the Weapon will become available during [b]Call to Arms[/b], the final Event prior to [b]Renegades[/b], so you shouldn’t worry that you will have missed your chance to get one if it hasn’t dropped for you before the [b]Reclaim[/b] Event ends. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)

I’ve never seen one drop outside the reclaim activity although it’s supposedly possible. I got one from a ultimate reclaim and one from a GM reclaim. None of the matchmade ones I did dropped one.

Took me 20+ runs to finally get ONE to drop. Drop rate is abysmal considering the odds are against you for getting the perks you want. I do like the weapon archetype itself though.
