Ash and Iron is broken.
We can't gain power from B+ portal activities. I am 450 and a B+ drops 450. I have to run at 50 under for a +1? Yeah, no thanks. B4 is here Friday, thankfully. Reclaim is awful. They hype people up with Renegades and then drop an absolute turd update.

3 RepliesFWIW, I’ve had a good experience so far with reclaim. It’s almost like I’m playing a different game than described. No bug, plenty of loot at +3 or 4, even got a tier 5 on my second run. I did every map, using Fireteam app and Match made and we finished everything with an A score without being -40.

1 ReplyI've never seen a release this bad. How these people still have jobs is beyond me. As a paying customer though, I would have expected at least a support email, someone to contact, but nope. They're too arrogant for that. Means you're too arrogant for me to give you any more of my money. This season will be my last unless you people get it together. Oh, and as for your cute little "play nice"? Yeah... no. I'm voting with my money since you're too gutless to actually give customer support.

Yeah I said the same common multiple times because I really think this is what happened: Honestly what I think what happened was they failed to update the portal. Prior to the update portal activities are supposed to drop stuff up to 400 then prime farming. Due to the power upgrade (500) we should have had the portal update to 500 then prime farm (500 to 550) . Remember this happened also a couple years ago where bungee did an update and it affected milestones from helping players to level up it dropped plus 1 from all sources regardless if you weren't at the powerful cap lol .

This old tortoise noticed a few things… 1. Banshee’s voice has changed. 2. The paper mask helmet now only has 200LL. 3. Neomuna Overtuna is ramped up. 4. Reclaim - usually with 2x hares whereas I like to look around and explore stuff, and try to find any collectibles and anything else of interest. Overtuned hordes are just ridiculous…that tank with its homing rockets that spawns just as one enters the area - again, simply ridiculous. It’s like 3x enhanced battlefield runs in one go…with penalties aplenty sprinkled on for even more ‘fun’… 5. Loot drops were a mix of one or two good bits - if lucky, but mostly rubbish…dropping tier 3/4/5 weapons /gear at 200LL is just silly. Perhaps the biggest mystery of all is how BHQ keep on getting it wrong? 🧐 How they’re burning up any remaining goodwill as if it matters not? 🤨 EverWorse just gets ‘better’ at every turn? 🤑 That ‘Taken’ armour set - money please!? 🤡 And the usual ‘Radio Silence’…?! 🫤 Mind you, whenever they do say something, it’s usually another serving of baloney! 🤥 Otherwise, and not withstanding the bugs and broken stuff, it’s SNAFU (🇬🇧) / FUBAR (🇺🇸) 👻 That is all. Ease Springs! 🙄

It's impressive that they've managed to give me 'second-hand disappointment' for a Game that is neither installed, nor with the latest DLC purchased. They understand why I'm still floating around though right? Because I am still entertaining the notion of entering into a business relationship where they provide me with a fun game that respects my time, with genuinely new activities that I want to pay AND ARE BUG FREE, and I'll pay them $40. That's how transactional relationships work: You give me product that meets my standards. I give you money that you believe your product is worth. The days are slipping by for where I care about entertaining that notion. Be -blam!- for a long enough time period, and I'll just assume you're -blam!- forever onward.

I'd argue Ash and Iron is one of the worst updates I've ever witnessed across both games, one terrible event, power grind is broken and a **** tonne of bugs, Its fine though half the community can keep creaming over lightsticks in renegades. At this point Destiny Rising is on top

2 RepliesEdited by Racket UK: 9/10/2025 1:49:18 PMYes it's broken alright, even if set it to A rank with all +20 mods my drop is 450 which is my power, the only way i can level up is pvp with an A rank or a prime drop, so It's back to solo ops, and 20 + runs to get a prime. Also my exotic gear has dropped from 400+ power to 19 on my character, the patches bungie release, are only to make the game worse, not better lol.

2 RepliesMy helmet power is only display at 15+ despite it actually being 433. I cannot reset my crucible rank. I'm stuck at legend. Only one reclaim mission has matchmaking. This may be on purpose and is just a poor decision.

Still at 360+ so not to the “pinnacle” grind level. That is after many hours playtime. After this update seeing faster mats drops for upgrades. Still slow progress no matter the light level. Everything is a bullet sponge. However abilities recharge quickly and seem more potent. Could be a broken mod but something is very off. Partial nostalgia seeing plague lands but miss the riding between locations. Still missing common areas so very incomplete. Having a hard time finding something good to say.

2 RepliesNo Ash and Iron isn't broken the whole Fing game is broken, they don't want us to level up they just want to torture us all until we rage quit. Everything is either removed or broken, they dont give a CRAP anymore about the game or the players. They are just sitting back laughing as the game crashes and burns before Sony takes over.

Plus the new chronolog -blam!- in tower is completely useless.....unless you've never collected anything ever in this game. I mean, take season of dawn for instance, I have everything in every season already but obviously i deleted some old weapons to make vault space (cuz this crap dev never gives us enough room like 1000), and I believe I have every ornament, but the ornaments don't even do you any -blam!- good if u dont already have the -blam!- weapons!!... theres no way to reacquire such weapons im aware of unless u somehow get lucky with banshee or xur selling them which i doubt cuz i checked lol.. Like seriously, what good is a legendary weapon ornament if you were forced to dismantle it years ago due to vault space.....this company really doesn't have a -blam!- brain. Let's bring back weapon ornaments without bringing back the actual weapons....wtf bunghole. Huge L. You would think these morons would AT LEAST have these weapons available or sold by vendors or include these past legendary weapons in the world loot pool with a higher % drop just for this event which is only a week long btw but nope....big fail again.
