Cant enter Explore Kepler Mythic Quest
I have tried to start doing the above quest but it will not allow me to start it. It says “A member of your fireteam has a full strangelet capsule” and the launch button is red. I do not have any that Im aware of and have visited the Alter many times in different instances and even tried traveling from different locations with no luck. It does indicate I have 2 of the 4 secret capsules collected. I completed the fabled one with no issues. I wouldn't care other than I want that armor unlocked. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out. We understand you're unable to start a quest. What you describe does sound strange to us. Are you on the same World Tier which you were on when you acquired the Capsule? If not, does returning to Orbit and relaunching Kepler with the same World Tier cause the prompt to appear at the altar? If that doesn't help, then please check the abandoned quests kiosk at the Tower, in case there's a related quest you need to complete or a character you need to speak with first. If this seeming issue persists, then please consider using your platform's share feature to record a videoclip of what you're experiencing. You can then upload it to a site like Youtube, and share a link to it here for our investigation.
