Outer Steppes Urn Collection?
I'm trying to get the second urn in the Outer Steppes region. The second satellite is not there for me to shoot so I can't get the urn and complete that triumph. I've tried going in on every difficulty but the satellite simply isn't where YouTube videos show that it should be. Can someone help me here?
