As mentioned previously, you were clearly using different armor in the first screenshot compared to the second, which suggests that a change in equipment has affected the Gladius ornament. To that point, can you try switching armor back to what you were initially using to see if the Gladius ornament is affected? We recommend resetting your ornaments and swapping equipment, then changing them out one by one to see which ornament or item is affecting the Gladius ornament.
