My steam account was hacked and for some reason they got me banned on D2
I have not played D2 in about a year. My steam account got hacked and they somehow got me banned on D2 last week. I have tried the appeal form but it just keeps looping to the splash screen. I have proof of the dates where the account got hacked and a few days after when I got banned. This is the only other way i can think of to get in contact. I'm probably done with D2 but maybe it's worth it keeping my vault full of crap...

If you incurred a restriction, then as you seem aware, the way to contact our Security team about it is through the Appeal Ban or Restriction [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024492-Contact-Form-Appeal-Ban-or-Restriction?_ga=2.188461352.1899742874.1733155105-1420294048.1731346808]Contact Form[/url]. If you have already submitted a ticket, you have done all you can, and will need to wait for a response. Ban appeals are not conducted on the forums.

Your account was playing 2 weeks ago. Bum luck that someone "hacked" your account exactly when you were ready to start playing again. ANNNY Who, if the help center doesnt let you login, try incognito mode or a browswer with no ad or privacy blockers and accept all cookies. Still nothing try the app. If Still nothing then it would appear the ban carried over to the appeal form
