I'm 403 light, run at least 30 portal activities with no prime engram dropping, all with B+ results, also haven't seen a t5 solstice drop since I hit 400, got three of them when I was in the 300s. I'm level 7 but I understood guardian rank didn't affect end of activity rewards. Is this the way it's supposed to work?
