I started the Declassification quest at the little red box in the outer wastes and accidentally reloaded the zone. Upon returning to the red box, the axion bolts that are supposed to come out of it don't seem to be spawning at all and I cannot get them to show up at all. I've tried abandoning the quest and reclaiming it from the kiosk in Caldera with no luck, and I'm not sure how I'm meant to progress the quest at all now.
