Bugged perks on many weapons
I'm returning player to D2. Many old weapons that I have in my vault have bugged perks:
1. Some perk switches absent in game - but present in DIM (Destiny 2 Inventory Manager)
2. Even those perk that are present in game are inactive - and I can't switch them on not in game, not in DIM.
Please help!

If you haven't yet done so, you may wish to restart the game, to rule out this being a temporary issue. Should this seeming issue persist, however, then the troubleshooting listed at the end of our [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024592-Destiny-2-Steam-Guide]Steam Guide [/url]may help to resolve this. If you experience this beyond the recommended steps, then please consider recording a short videoclip of what you describe. While the screenshot is helpful, seeing this issue in motion may help our investigation. Once you record a clip, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and share a link here. We'll then investigate this.
