How to acquire wicked implement catalyst?
Title, I have no clue what “Deep dives” are, or how to even start one… could anyone elaborate?

Well, you have to wait for Xur to offer you. Or you keep playing PvP or PvE for RNG drops.

I got the catalyst for mine after a strike but that was during the Final Shape.

Deep dives were a seasonal activity a few years ago which are Inaccessible now. Im not sure how to get it nowadays. Probably from xur selling it for strange coins.
