No Slayer's Fang drop from Kell's Fall
Ran Kell's Fall a couple times now and the exotic shotgun hasn't dropped. Not at the postmaster or collections. Not in the pattern list.

Not dropping for me, either. I've done it three times from the Pinnacle in the Portal.
