Experiencing "Centipede" Error

I have just bought Destiny 2, when the big sale for the DLC's and the game was going on. I have tried to open the game but every time I have tried to enter the game I am running into the error "Centipede". I have went through forums on this Bungie's Centipede help page, forum page, and Reddit and all the fixes I have tried have not worked. I have tried enabling uPnP for the NAT type. I have tried port forwarding, the ports 3074 and 3097. I changed my DNS from Spectrum's to Google's. I am within Texas and my ISP is Spectrum and am trying to run Destiny on from Steam. If anybody can help me understand what is wrong and how to fix it, that would be much appreciated. Thank you!
