Wishful Ignorance Not Properly Unlocking
As the title suggests, Wishful Ignorance currently is not "unlocking in collections" when obtained from Master Rahool. After purchasing it on the second page, you receive the exotic, and it can be reobtained from collections. However, it states "Unlock this item in Collections to purchase" on the first page of Master Rahool. It also gives this message when attempting to purchase the exotic from Ada-1.

I got the same issue with Wishful Ignorance. I can take them out from my collections as I have the, but I can't buy them from Ada-1.
