Slow bug, unable to sprint until respawn x 3
PLATFORM: Xbox
ISSUE: stuck in walk speed, unable to sprint, even while the animation is going.
REPRO STEPS: Arc titan, insurmountable skull fort. Sprinting, shoulder charge followed up by regular melee. Randomly, stuck in walk speed after a few times. Sometimes can't get sprinting again until a 3rd respawn.

ACTUAL RESULT: stuck in walk speed.
EXPECTED RESULT: sprinting on and off, necessary to shoulder charge.
