Bug? Faction Unit & Faction Drop Challenge Modifiers do not appear preventing completion of Guardian Rank 4
Navigation:
Portal > Solo OR Fireteam > Solo Ops OR Mission > Customize > Expert > Challenge Modifiers
then
look at the drop downs for each box with a "+" plus sign. The required modifiers are not present.
I'm on Xbox Series S if that matters.
Please tell me I'm missing something or that there is another requirement like finishing the campaign.

What you describe does sound strange. If you're still experiencing this, then please consider using your platform's share feature to record a videoclip which demonstrates this issue. Once you record a clip, you can upload it to a site like Imgur or Youtube, and we'll investigate this.
